Rebate Cards
Rebate credit cards come in several varieties.
The easiest to compare are
the cash back rebate cards.
These will credit you with an amount in cash that is
distributed at least once a year. You can then use the cash for whatever you wish to
purchase.
Reward Program Cards allow you to get various
merchandise. Sometimes this includes gift certificates which allows you to use it like
a cash back rebate card if you shop at those merchants. They may also allow you to get
airline tickets, so it acts like an airline mileage card. Since most of the program cards
have no annual fee, this is better than getting an airline mileage card, almost all
of which have annual fees.
